I am a PhD Candidate at New York University, Stern School of Business in the Department of Management and Organizations. My dissertation is focused on how sustainability standards shape organizational practices in the context of winegrowing. I use primarily qualitative methods to explore meso-level dynamics, such as organizational culture, work practices, and interactions to understand how these dynamics underpin macro-level phenomena.
In another stream, I am also conducting research pertaining to the work-family interface. I am currently investigating how postdoctoral scientists and their families manage work and life amidst multiple transitions in terms of career, migration and family status. I am focusing on how career and family outcomes result from particular relational dynamics within the family.
Prior to NYU, I received an M.S. in Management from Brock University, a B.E. in Environmental Engineering at City College of New York, and a B.A. in Philosophy at Bryn Mawr College.
